Noon settlement reconciliation

Check every Noon statement against your own sales: what was settled, what was paid short or twice, which fees were charged, and whether the stock you sent to Noon's fulfilment centres arrived in full.

Upload the Noon reports you already download

Download the statement of account from the Noon seller portal, plus your sales register or Noon's order report. For deeper checks add the returns report, the FBN stock movement report, the claims statement, Noon Ads billing or the fee tax invoices.

Sawwi reads CSV, Excel and PDF files. It maps the columns for you, asks a one-click question when something is ambiguous, and remembers the layout, so next month's export asks nothing. There is no Noon API connector.

8 Noon settlements reconciliations

Matching is done by Sawwi's own rules engine on keys, amounts and dates, never by AI, so the same files always give the same report.

Settlement vs. sales invoices

Check every invoiced order was paid out by the marketplace, net of the fees you agreed to.

Files you need

  • Order / sales invoice register: Your record of what was sold and invoiced, from your ERP, accounting system or the marketplace order report. For example: Marketplace order report, ERP sales register, Zoho / Odoo / Tally sales export.
  • Marketplace settlement / payout statement: The line-level payout statement the marketplace gives you for each settlement period. For example: Amazon settlement report (flat file), Noon statement of account, Namshi payout report.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connector can fill: Order / sales invoice register.

What Sawwi checks

  • Invoiced but not settled: Order is in your sales register but has no settlement line yet.
  • Short paid: Principal settled is lower than the invoice amount.
  • Settled but not invoiced: Marketplace paid for an order missing from your register.
  • Settled twice: The same order and SKU appear in more than one settlement.
  • Ageing beyond payout cycle: Unsettled orders older than the marketplace's normal payout cycle.

Commission & fees vs. rate card

  • Unrecognised fee type: A fee type that's not in your rate card.

Listed for you to review (not calculated automatically yet): wrong weight / size slab; fees not reversed on return.

Returns vs. invoiced items

Match customer returns and failed deliveries to the invoice line. Check you got the item back, issued the right credit, and the right amount was deducted.

Files you need

  • Order / sales invoice register: Your record of what was sold and invoiced, from your ERP, accounting system or the marketplace order report. For example: Marketplace order report, ERP sales register, Zoho / Odoo / Tally sales export.

  • Warehouse returns received(optional): What actually arrived back in your warehouse. Optional, but needed to catch refunds for items that never came back. For example: WMS goods-received report, Returns inward register.

What Sawwi checks

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick the reconciliation

Each one knows which files it needs and what to check.

  2. 2

    Add the files

Upload exports as they are, or pull them from a connection. Columns are mapped for you and remembered.

  3. 3

    Work the exceptions

Every exception with its value, ranked by what it costs you, and every table downloads to Excel.

Questions

Which Noon report do I need?
The statement of account for the period and your sales invoices or Noon's order report. Sawwi matches them by order ID and lists what wasn't settled, what was settled short, and what was settled twice.
Can I check FBN stock?
Yes. The fulfilment-centre inventory reconciliation uses the FBN stock movement report to flag shipments Noon received short of what you sent, and lists lost, damaged and reimbursed units for review.
Does it handle returns?
Yes. Returns are matched to the original invoice line, so you can see returns with no matching sale, more deducted than was invoiced, more units returned than sold, and refunds for items you never got back.
